11. Troubleshooting

Fault when opening
Acoustic signal is heard
twice.
LED for the FAN 200
antenna does not switch
from red to green.
Locks do not open.
Fault when locking
Locks do not lock.
In the event of a power failure, the locks retain their locking status which was present at this
point in time. The locking authorisations for the user keys are retained and do not have to be

reset.

If the faults cannot be remedied, contact your responsible DIALOCK technician or
www.haefele.com.
12. Reset
A reset is required for maintenance purposes or for remedying faults.
There are two reset options:
• Simple reset,
• complete reset.

Possible cause
• User key is not authorised.
• Distance between user key
and antenna too great.
• User key is not authorised.
• User key is not authorised.
• Closing mechanism
defective.
• Plug connections loose.
• Locking mechanism sticks /
stiff.
Possible cause
• Lowering of locking
mechanism after loading
the furniture item.
• Plug connections loose.
Remedy
• Program the user key.


• Observe the maximum distance of
25 mm between the user key and
antenna.
