CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before you start cleaning oven remove plug from electrical outlet and allow oven to cool.
Do not use detergents and do not pour on the baking stone, still hot, cold water to avoid cracking.
Do not immerse the oven in water.
Clean the outside of the oven with a damp sponge.
Baking stone should never be washed; simply wipe with a damp cloth, or with a spatula to remove
any residue that may remain.
It 's normal that, with use, the baking stone becomes dark; is a characteristic of natural stone.
Oven does not require any kind of maintenance.
