After inspecting the electric controls and cabling,
replace the access panel. Start up the unit and
observe it for, at least, one full heating cycle
and one full cooling cycle in order to guarantee
a proper operation. If you fi nd any discrepancy
in one or in both operating cycles, or if any
malfunctioning occurred, control each electric
component with the proper electric devices. Refer
to the cabling tag of the unit whenever performing
these checks.
NOTE: Refer to the heating and/or cooling
operation sequence in this manual to help you to
determine the proper operation control.
Air Filter
Inspect the air fi lter(s) at least once a month
and replace (the disposable ones) or clean (the
washable ones) at least twice during each heating
or cooling season, or whenever the fi lter(s) become
clogged with dust and particles. The replacement
fi lters should have the same dimensions as the
original fi lters.
Never operate the unit without a proper air
fi lter in the return air piping system. Always
replace the fi lter for another with the same size
and of the same kind.
