ASSEMBLY

1. Insert the grease drip pan in the
appliance.
2. Place the grill plate on the
appliance. You can have either
the smooth side or the grooved
side facing upwards.
3. Insert the skewers: In this process
the small wheel in front of the
skewer handle must be placed
precisely in
aperture on the skewer holder, the
other end of the skewer should
rest precisely in the recess on the
rear of the skewer holder.

BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME

1. Remove all packaging materials
and any transport safeguards.
2. Check whether all listed acces-
sory parts are present.
3. Clean all parts with a damp
cloth as described in the chapter
"Cleaning and care".
4. Lightly oil the grill plate before
first use, ideally with coconut oil
or another heat-resistant oil.
5. Put the coated grill plate in posi-
tion with the desired side facing
upwards.

4. Fasten the skewer clamps in
the two openings on the front of
the skewer holder and slide the
skewer holder into the housing.
6. Check whether all parts are pro-
perly assembled and the appli-
ance is stable.
7. Ensure that
switch is in the „0/OFF " position.
8. Plug the power cord of the appli-
ance into an electrical outlet
(220–240 V~, 50/60 Hz).
9. Set the temperature controller to
the lowest temperature.
10. Heat up the appliance for approx.
30 minutes in order to remove
any residues from the manufac-
