4. BULB REPLACEMENT

The bulbs fitted to this heater are 25W G9 halogen bulbs.
PT PT
Loosen the three screws at the front of log.
Lifts up the log decoration, two bulbs are located under fuel bed.

Detach the flame effect mechanism by sliding the rod off the motor shaft.
Remove the faulty bulb by screwing the bulb counter-clockwise.

Replace the bulbs with a 25W type
To reassemble, follow previous instructions in reverse order.

5. SAFETY CUT-OFF

This appliance is fitted with a safety cut-off which will operate if the heater overheats
(e.g. Due to blocked air vents). For safety reasons, the heater will NOT automatically reset.

To reset the appliance, disconnect the appliance from the mains supply for at

least 15 minutes. Reconnect the supply to the mains and switch on the appliance.

6. MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning or maintenance operation, switch off and unplug the appliance.
Ensure it is perfectly cooled.
To remove the dust, wipe the appliance with a cloth
Never use abrasives or detergents
7. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the heater functions manually, but not by the remote control handset,
replace the handset batteries (2 x AAA Alkaline)
No light from the fuel effect: Possibly a bulb failure. Remove the faulty bulb as
detailed above and check it in a table lamp that is known to work.
