Please check the space situation carefully before attach-
ing. The equipment can only be installed if all of
the following prerequisites have been met:
– The ground clearance (a) between the lower edge of the
square profile and the ground must be at least 340 mm
(under load).
– The distance (b) between the middle of the square profile
and the outer edge of the tyre (level with the wheel hub /
tyre centre) must be within the following dimensions:
min. 65 mm, max. 175 mm.
– There must not be any parts attached to the vehicle frame
or the underside of the vehicle at the planned installation
location (such as footboards, cables, water hoses or the

Installation instructions
The mounting set consists of a left fastening plate and a right
fastening plate, seen in the direction of travel (right fastening
plate is shorter and has a recess on the fastening profile).

3. Slide the fastening plates along the square profile until the
best installation location has been determined. The distance
between the tyres and the fastening plate is approximately
60 mm, up to max. 100 mm.
The installation location of the right fastening plate and

cannot be moved.
4. Mark the positions of the 2 fastening holes (Ø 10.5 mm) of
the fastening plate on the square profile (40 x 60 mm) at both
sides and drill in the centre.
Spray all drill holes with a rustproofing agent such as
zinc spray.
5. Bolt the fastening plate to the square profile using the
provided M10 x 60 (8.8) bolts and self-locking nuts. The
tightening torque is 48 Nm.
