Starting
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Switch on the appliance (see page 7).
2 - Press button (D) once, twice or three times to se-
lect the three heating element operating modes.
- front left icon on: only the front plate is on (see also
electrical system diagram fig.1).
- left and middle icons on: only the rear plate is on
(see also electrical system diagram fig.2).
- all 3 icons on: front and rear plates are on (see also
electrical system diagram fig.3).
3 - Press buttons (B) and (C) to decrease or
increase the power levels.
Important
The power levels are shown on the display
(E) in figures from 1 to 7 (1 Min. - 7 Max. ).
The power level appears in red on the display
(e4).
Stopping
1 - Press button (A) to switch the appliance to
standby mode and stop the cooking cycle.
2 - Press button (A) again to switch the appliance
OFF.
3 - Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to dis-

connect it from the electrical mains.

If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy pe-

riod, proceed as follows.
1 - Cut off the mains electricity supply using the ap-
pliance's master switch.
2 - Clean the appliance and the surrounding areas
thoroughly.

3 - Spread a film of edible oil over the stainless
steel surfaces.
4 - Carry out all the servicing procedures.
5 - Cover the appliance, leaving a few gaps to
allow air to circulate in order to prevent the
accumulation of damp.
