Periodic Maintenance Plan - Gasoline Motor
In the first five hours:
Substitute the crankcase oil.
After every five hours or daily:
Check the oil level.
Clean the vhole equipment.
Checking:
Before operating the equipment check:
That there are no tools or objects on the motor or on
the equipment, principally inside the grain, palm
(cacti) or green funnel.
If there is something obstructing the motor.
If the rotation direction is correct.
Fueling and Air Filter

After every 25 hours:
After every 50 hours:
After every 100 hours:
Operation Instructions
Use compressed air from the inside to the outside of
the filter or gently tap its base against a flat surface.
Substitute the crankcase oil.
Air filter maintenance.
Substitute the air filter.
Substitute the spark plug.
If the voltage of the power source is the same of that
of the equipment.
If there are people or objects near pulleys and belts.
If the equipment cover is properly closed.
If the counter cutting blade is properly set and
tightened.
Note:
If the equipment is properly prepared,
start the motor, allow it to reach maximum
revolution and start working.
