To operate with dry products
(grains) - JK-700:
Place the sealing cap (1), according to Figure 5.

Place the green crop feeder cover (5).

Select a suitable strainer (6) (according to the table on

page 50). The resulting product depends on the
diameter of the strainer used.
The dry product is placed in the grain funnel (2), and

then forwarded to be processed. The end product
leaves the equipment (9) through the lower part.
Be careful not to overload the motor. Adjust the grain

input drawer (4) cover so that only the material the
equipment is able to crush can be fed, according to
the type of sieve chosen. The adjustment of the grain
input drawer cover opening is conducted as follows:
release the thumb screw (3) located below the
drawer. With the drawer (4) cover released, adjust by
pulling if you required a larger opening or pushing in
case you need a smaller opening. After the
adjustment, tight the thumb screw (3).

Operation
To operate with green products (foliage) -
JK-700:
Remove the sealing cap (1), according to Figure 5.

Remove the green crop feeder cover (5).

Place the flat strainer (6), as the material will exit

through the upper part of the equipment.
Green products such as grass and sugar cane are

placed in the green hopper (5), from where it is
addressed to be processed, being released by the
upper part of the equipment (10).
If desired, when preparing green products, the grain

hopper (2) can be removed.
To operate with palm (cacti), manioc, etc. -
JK-500 e JK-700:
Adjust the driver (8) according to your need as

shown in Figure 5.
The material must be introduced through the feeding

hopper (7) and must be introduced gradually so as
not to overload the machine.

The multipurpose crusher provides 3

ways to work, however, it must be fed
only through a hopper at a time. The
simultaneous operation will cause an
overload, with possible motor burn out.
The motor can also burn out due to

overload, in case an excessive amount of
material is introduced in it, causing loss of
warranty.
