In order to remove the knife, release the screw (1)
and the spring washer (2) and the flat washer (3),
then, remove the knife (4). Repeat the operation
with the two knives, and when removing the knives
from the disk, sharpen them in such a way that they
keep the ideal cutting line for good operation. To
sharpen the palm (cactus) crusher's vertical knives,
use a file or other appropriate tool, removing
material only from the side indicated according to
Figures 17 and 18.
