The motor must be operated only if the belt tensioner lever is in the relief position (1), according to Figure 1,
i.e., without tensioning the belt according to the image above; then, in this position, turn the motor on and
after it reaches it maximum rotation, push the belt tensioner lever to position (2) according to Figure 2,
moving the motor on the base and, thus, verifying if the belts will remain tensioned meeting the crusher
operation. The belt tensioner lever can only be tightened when the motor is in full operation, if the motor is
off, damages can be caused to the motor. Always use the rubber cushions (3), which are supplied disassembled
and must be assembled in the universal base when using the equipment. When tightening the belts, if you
note any abnormal situation, turn the motor off and contact a TRAPP Technical Assistant.
