Option 1. Cable diameter 12 ~ 20 mm: cables pass through M40 packing gland
a. Ensure that the spade terminal dimensions allow it to pass through the M40 packing gland.
b. Fit the spade terminal on the cable.
c. Loosen the head of the M40 packing gland and remove the cap.
d. Pass the power cables through the M40 packing gland, using the diameter reducer provided.
e. Place each terminal in its terminal block, respecting the polarity, and tighten the packing gland head to
ensure the sealing.
Option 2. Cable diameter 20 ~ 28 mm: cables pass through M40 cable grommet membrane
a. Remove the M40 packing gland.
b. Install the cable grommet membrane in the hole.
c. Fit the spade terminal on the cable.
d. Pass the cables through the M40 membrane (a soapy solution can be used).
e. Place each terminal in its terminal block respecting the polarity.
Option 3. Cable diameter 28 ~ 35 mm: cables pass through M50 cable grommet membrane
a. Remove the M50 caps.
b. Install the cable grommet membrane in the hole.
c. Fit the spade terminal on the cable.
d. Pass the cables through the M50 membrane (a soapy solution can be used).
e. Loosen the fastening screws from the connection terminal and move it on the DIN rail to match it with
the corresponding connection socket. Re-attach the terminal.
f. Place each terminal in its terminal block respecting the polarity.
