− The control module is not heat
resistant. Do not leave it lying in
the oven.
Advice on measuring
Stick the probe tip at least 1.5 cm
deep into the thickest part of the
meat.
Do not take measurements directly
on the bone.
If the measured temperature is the
same or higher than the set tem-
perature, a beep sounds repeat-
edly. The meat has then finished
cooking according to your chosen
settings. The warning beeps then
stop, as soon as the measured
temperature falls below the set
temperature.
Measure temperature steadily
(oven mode)
1. Slide the function selector switch to
COOK.
2. Select the meat type and degree of
cooking (see "Select Meat Type and
Degree of Cooking").
