Caution! Never use caustic or abrasive
cleaning agents, as they could damage
your appliance.
4. Wipe it off with clean water.
5. Do not use the device again until it is
fully dry.
6.2 Cleaning the dust filter
Warning! To avoid the risk of fire:
– Clean the dust filter 10 regularly.
A clogged dust filter could cause
a build up of heat.
– Never use the fan heater without
a dust filter, otherwise dust might
gather on the heating elements
and catch fire.
7.1 Using the appliance for the first
time
Insert the mains plug into a wall socket that
complies with the technical data (siehe
„3. Technical data" auf Seite 24).
7.2 Selecting functions
To select the available functions, turn the
function selector 1 to the relevant symbol.

1. To remove the air inlet grille 9 , press the
locks 8 downwards.
2. Remove the dust filter 10 .
3. Clean the dust filter 10 and air inlet
grille 9 under running water.
4. Allow the dust filter 10 and air inlet grille
9 to dry thoroughly.
5. Replace the dust filter 10 and air inlet
grille 9 .
7. Operating
As soon as the appliance is working the
indicator light 5 comes on.
7.3 Selecting the temperature
Set with the temperature selector 2 how
strongly the room should be warmed up.
7.4 Swivel function
The appliance has a swivel function.
This causes the appliance to swivel to and
fro, distributing the exiting air more evenly
through the room:
1. To switch the swivel function on, press
the swivel function button 3 .
2. To switch the swivel function off, press
the swivel function button 3 again.
