Pre Rec (video)

The "PRE REC" setting enables you to take a 3 second pre-record-
ing.
If this setting is enabled, the camera starts recording 3 seconds be-
fore activating the shutter.

Using the recording menu

You can also select the settings for the recordings via the Record-
ing menu.
You will find more information on navigating through the menus
and the various settings in the chapter "The Recording menu" on
page 61.
