Do not expose the product to any extreme temperatures (e.g. direct sunlight, sauna, extreme
cold).

If the seat cushion has been exposed to low temperatures for a long time, in particular tem
peratures below 0° C[+32 °F], check the components filled with Floam. Before using again,
wait until the seat cushion has reached room temperature. If the Floam gel feels very vis
cous, knead the components until they are soft again.
Do not leave the product in the immediate vicinity of heaters.

Do not allow the wheelchair seat cushion to come into contact with sharp objects. This also
applies to animals with sharp claws such as pet cats.

Do not expose the wheelchair seat cushion to excessive heat or open flame.

If the wheelchair seat cushion is expected to come into contact with liquid, such as spilt
drinks or episodes of incontinence, always use it in conjunction with a liquid-repellent cover.
Only use the official Ottobock incontinence covers for the product. The incontinence covers

have been optimised for the wheelchair seat cushion to maintain the pressure redistribution
capability of the seat cushion. Contact your prescribing therapist, clinician or specialist deal
er to obtain a spare Ottobock cover.

5.2 Storage
Store the product in a dry, enclosed room with sufficient air circulation and protection from
external influences. Maintain an ambient temperature from 0° C to +40 °C [+32 °F to +104 °F]
and relative humidity of 10% to 85%.
