Use the unit within the environmental temperature, humidity and pressure limits specified. The unit is built
to work in the following environmental conditions:
operating environment temperature
•
storage and transport temperature
•
relative humidity
•
The unit must be fully inserted in the system that must be installed in accordance with the safety rules in force in
the country of installation. The plant must be kept operational in full compliance with the required safety rules.
The parameters set on the control unit of the analyser must comply with the mandatory requirements. The control
unit fault signs must be placed in a room that is constantly under the surveillance of the plant operational or service
personnel.
Failure to comply with even just one of these conditions can make the control unit "logic" operate in a
potentially dangerous manner for the service users.
Service and/or maintenance personnel are also required to operate with the utmost care, promptly reporting any
variation of the safety parameters, in order to prevent potentially dangerous conditions.
Since the considerations set out above cannot be controlled by the product in question, the manufacturer cannot
be held in any way responsible for any damage that such malfunctions can cause to people or property.

Information about recycling and reusing the materials

CERTIKIN, in accordance with the European specifications, is continuously improving the design and production
procedures of its equipment, in order to minimise the negative impact on the environment in terms of component
management, consumption materials, packaging and the unit itself at the end of its life.
The packaging is designed and produced in order to reuse or to recover and recycle most of the materials
and minimise the amount of waste or residues to be disposed of. To ensure proper environmental impact, the unit has
been designed with the maximum circuit miniaturisation possible, with the least possible differentiation of materials and
components, with a selection of substances which ensure maximum recyclability and maximum reuse of parts and
disposal free from ecological risks.
The unit is built in order to ensure the easy separation or disassembly of the materials containing pollutants
compared to others, especially during maintenance and part replacement operations.
The packaging, consumables and the unit at the end of its service life must be disposed of/recycled in
accordance with the rules and directives currently in force in the country where the unit is used.
Special cautions for critical components
An LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is incorporated into the equipment and it contains small amounts of toxic
materials.
