Hydraulic Connections
With reference to Fig. 3 connect respectively:
Pos.1: water inlet, 10x14 tube supplied
Pos.3: by-pass, water sampling, 10x14 pipe supplied
Pos.4: measurement cell outlet, 10x14 pipe supplied.
If necessary connect the air bleed nipple to the 4x6 tube (supplied). This release at atmospheric pressure
removes any air that has accumulated inside the electrode holder. To accelerate the release of trapped air, during
installation you can close the outlet valve (Fig. 3, Pos.4), forcing the release from the bleed nipple.
Mount the tube as shown in Fig. 6 and making it turn behind the probe holder, using the clamp located on the wall
of the container and adjusting the fitting vertically
Electrode pH or RX assembly
To assemble the electrodes (pos. D Fig.7), proceed as follows:
Loosen the ring nuts relating to the two electrodes (pos. C Fig.7).
•
Remove the sensitive membrane protection caps from the electrodes (see note below).
•
Insert the electrodes making sure you leave less than 10mm from the bottom of the seat in the
•
Plexiglass probe holder (pos. A Fig.7).
In any case make sure that the distance indicated with "B" in Fig. 7 is at least greater than 2mm.
•
Tighten the ring nuts by hand (pos. C Fig.7) being careful not to break the transparent electrode casing.
