When ordering spare parts, check with your authorised agent the parts concerned using
the spare parts catalogue published by the manufacturer.
Always provide the machine number as indicated on the rating plate.
Your agent will order the parts from JAC.
The motor is not working
Check the power supply ;
Check the thermal relay ;
Check the safeties ;
Check the phase direction.
The dough is tearing
Check the scrapers ;
Check the tension of the casings belts.
The products delivered have defects
Check that there is no dough or crust stuck on the scrapers, the floating belt or the 2 cas-
ings ;
Check the tension of both casings (slipping during moulding) ;
Check that the pieces are properly loaded into the chute.
Always get an authorised dealer to carry out maintenance work on your machine!
