When ordering spare parts, check with your authorised agent the parts concerned using
the spare parts catalogue published by the manufacturer.
Always provide the machine number as indicated on the rating plate.
Your agent will order the parts from JAC.
The machine is completely stopped
Did you plug it in ?
Is the power supply coming to the socket ?
The blade doesn't start and the machine makes noise.
Switch directly the main switch to the off position (0), remove the plug and use the scuffle
(long brush) to check that nothing prevents the blade from turning. Try again the machine,
if the problem persists call your JAC dealer.
Always get an authorised dealer to carry out maintenance work on your machine!
Always wear cut resistant protective gloves (EN 388 Standard: 2003 index level B = 5) when
replacing the blade or when carrying out an operation near the blade.
Once you have ensured that your machine is actually disconnected from the mains:
1. Remove the cover that protect the blade ;
2. Set up the lateral guide up to the right ;
3. Replace the blade :
- Unscrew the nut that maintain the blade, by help of the provide wrench (left step) ;
- Replace the blade and check the teeth direction ;
- Screw and tight the nut to lock the blade, by help of the provide wrench.
4. Install the cover that protect the blade.
Connect the machine to the main supply, the machine is ready.
