the whole baking chamber.
4. INSTALLATION
4.1. Unloading & placement
• Retain all shipping materials until you are certain that the machine has
not been damaged (either externally or internally) during shipment. It is
solely customer's responsibility to report any shipping damage to the fright
company.
• Unloading the machine shall be done with safety in mind. The use of pro-
per unloading equipment is strongly recommended. When using a forklift,
make sure the lifting capacity of the forklift is adequate. Make sure that the
forks do not damage part of the machine.
• The unit must be placed on level surface, make sure the structure suppor-
ting the unit is strong enough. The ambient area must be dry, well ventila-
ted and clear of inflammable or volatile material.
• I t is required that electrical and water supply shut-off is located within a re-
asonable distance to the unit. In addition, drainage is also required nearby.
• Leave a 400 mm free space at right side of the unit, which enable electri-
cian to near the oven electrical compartment during installation or mainte-
nance.
• After being placed in installation site, adjust the foot bolts so as to make
sure the unit seats firmly on four feet. Check the level by using the level
gauge. Adjust the four foot bolts till the unit is in level position, this proce-
dure is very important to an even baking.

4.2. Electrical connection
• The electrical connection must comply with all applicable state and local
codes and in accordance with the nameplate.
• I nstallation and maintenance works of electrical components should be
performed by qualified electrician.
• G rounding is vital to avoid unexpected damage and accident. Make sure
the oven is well grounded.
