8. OPERATION

8.1. Automatic operation

• Close the oven door and press the "on/off"-switch.
• Set both thermostats according to the desired temperature and set the
desired baking time on the timer.
• Bring the products into the oven after the set temperature has been
reached. Close the oven door and switch on the timer with the "timer on/
off"-switch.
• When the timer reaches 0, the buzzer will sound. Switch off the timer
to stop the buzzer. Now switch on the lighting see whether you will take
out the product or if it still needs some baking.
• At any moment, you can pull out the dam key to remove the steam from
baking chamber.
• When you want the steam appliance to switch on, you should push the
"steam on/off"-button. As a standard, a steaming time of five seconds
was set in the factory.
9. TIPS
• Always wear protective mitts when loading or unloading the oven as there
is risk of serious injury from hot surface.
• B efore using steam, make sure that the oven has been sufficiently
preheated, oven door and temper is closed properly. To prevent water from
overflowing the chamber, it is not recommended to set steam time too
long.
• For even baking, only same products can be baked in every batch,
besides, lay the products regularly in trays and place trays regularly on
hearth.
