Settings Mode

Pressing  for the
fourth log in digit
moves you to the

"Settings mode".

Thanks to the advanced control system in this machine
there are many settings that can be altered.
For safety reason these have been divided into several
"levels", that each require a unique code, that is pass-
word.
To enter the "Settings mode" and from there reach the
"Automatic testing mode" you have to press
+ at the same time as the main switch is turned on.
To enter the required passwords in window 1,2,3 and 4
you press  until the first zero starts to flash. Use the
 or  to set the correct first digit. Then press  to edit
the second digit in the code and so on.
The default passwords are indicated below:
Operator 0000
Operator or supervisor 7913
Note : The operator password can be changed.
Please see chapter 9.6.

9.1 Select Language
Language settings. Available are: Danish, German, Eng-
lish, American-English, Dutch, Dutch-B, Norweigan,
Polish, Portugese, Finnish, French, Swedish, Spanish,
Italian,Turkish, Chineese, Russian, Japanese
9.2 Run programme
High and low settings are set to be the same in factory
settings.
Attention: Each time you change settings between "low
/ high programme", all programme values are returned
to factory settings. Individual adjustments must then be
re-entered in accordance with chapter 7.5 or 7.8.
9.3 Process alarm
Set the alarm to be active or not.
When the target temperature deviates more than 30
from actual a warning is displayed:
"Warning! Process error"

The buzzer can be overall muted for all functions.
9.6 Operator PWD
(Only displayed after supervisor log in)
The Customer supervisor can change the code to prevent
unauthorised access to the "Settings and automatic
testing" mode.
9.7 Short distance limit
(Only displayed after supervisor log in)
The "too close" limit in distance measuring can be
adjusted. Factory setting is 55 cm.
9.8 Long distance limit
(Only displayed after supervisor log in)
The "too far" limit in distance measuring can be
adjusted. Factory setting is 65 cm.

To enter the Statistics menu, please log in as described in
Settings mode, chapter 9. By pressing 0 or 1 anywhere in
settings mode you will enter the statistics menu.

10.1.1 Statistics
Runtime
The runtime figure shows the accumulated time the IR
lamps have been lit.

Shows the total number of starts for the unit.

Attention: A too dirty filter will shorten the life time of
the IR lamps due to reduced cooling caused by the dirty
filter.
10.1.3 Reset program setting?
All values in pre-defined and user defined programs can
be reset to factory settings.
