12. Control and maintenance
Weekly
Check that all IR lamps light up during system opera-
tion.
Damaged or failed IR lamps can cause uneven heat
distribution across the surface.
Also, check that all cables are undamaged. A damaged
cable can be a danger to life!
12.1 Filter replacement
1.
Loosen the metal clips at the cassette side
plates.
2.
Remove the used filter.
3.
Insert the new filter in such a way that no
text is visible from the outside.
4.
Push the long edges of the filter into the
cassette grooves.
5.
Replace the metal clips.
Attention: The filters are disposable and so should not
be cleaned as this will result in the loss of their filtering
capacity.
12.2 IR-lamp replacement
Attention ! Do not touch the new IR lamp with your
fingers. Only remove the protective paper on the IR lamp
after you have installed it.
1.
Turn the control unit main switch off (0).
2.
Turn the rail system main switch off (0).

3.
Loosen the 2 top screws on the front plate
4.
Disconnect the cable connector.
5.
Loosen the 4 screws on the ends of the
reflector and remove the reflector from
the plate.
6.
Remove the mesh and unscrew the lamp
from the end.
7.
Install new lamps in reverse order.

Monthly
Check the reflectors. Damaged or extremely dirty reflec-
tors can cause damage to the reflector body and / or the
cassette.
Quarterly
Change the air filter at least once per quarter. If the
outer surface of the filter becomes very dirty, it must be
changed sooner. When changing filter, please also reset
filter timer according to chapter 10.1.2.

13. Trouble shooting
Please carry out self test first, in order to isolate the fault.
Take action in accordance with the following diagram.
