Start Up

Cutting depth adjustment

• Loosen the cutting depth adjusting lever.
• With the base fixed, raise the housing until the disc goes out up to the desired cutting depth. Use the depth guide as
reference.
• Tighten the cutting depth adjusting lever to prevent the housing to move during the cut.
• The cutting depth can be as deep as 2.3"
• The cutting depth should be equal to the work piece thickness or to have no more than the measure of

one tooth of the disc sticking out from the piece. Otherwise there is hazard of accident.

Cutting angle adjustment

• Loosen the cutting angle adjustment lever.
• With the base fixed, turn the housing until the disc sits in the desired angle.
• Tighten the cutting angle adjustment lever to prevent the housing to move during the cut.
• The tool can make cuts from 0° up to 45°.

Parallel guide adjustment
Use the parallel guide to keep the work piece width fixed. To adjust widths loosen the knob and move the parallel guide
into the desired position. .
