Cutting disc assembly
WARNING
The size of the cutting discs specified
for this tool is 7-1/4". Never use a different type or size.
Otherwise there is hazard of severe personal injury or
damage to the tool and making the Warranty void.
Never use damaged washers or bolts, or not recommen-
ded ones. Washers and bolts included are designed
specially for this model. They deliver excellent
performance and safety to your job.
• Disconnect the tool and adjust the cutting depth to the
lowest mark. (See page 9).
• Open completely the retractable guard and keep it in
that position.
• Insert the inner flange in the axis.
• Fix the cutting disc. Double-check the direction of the
arrow printed in the disc coincide with the embossed
arrow on the tool's guard.
• Insert the outer flange in the axis.
• Set an M8 X 1, 25 hexagonal bolt in the axis and tighten
while pressing the safety bolt in the axis.
• To remove the disc, reverse the steps.
The circular saw is a multiple-use tool able to cut soft or hard wood, chip wood, plywood, Resopal covered materials, etc.
CAUTION
This tool is not designed to cut metal, or masonry materials, cement or bricks.
Turning ON
• Connect the plug to the power mains.
• Keep the switch lock (B) pressed to unblock the switch (A).
The switch lock prevents accidental starting up.
• Press the switch (A) to start rotation of the disc.
• To stop the disc, release the switch (A).

Assembly

Use cutting discs with an orifice matching the axis
measures and shape. Otherwise the disc will rotate in an
eccentric way causing to loose control.
When the cutting discs wear out, replace them
immediately.

discs to have sharp discs
