Cutting disc replacement

CAUTION
• Wear protective gloves to prevent

injuries when changing or setting the cutting disc.
• Disconnect the tool from the power source.
• Lift the cutter head.
• Move the guard's retractable arm backwards (A). Using a
Phillips screwdriver remove the screw that fastens it to the
retractable guard

• Lift the retractable guard (B) until the two screws on the
inside plate are uncovered (a and b).

• Loosen the screw (a). DO NOT remove.
• Remove the screw (b).

• Lift the inside plate altogether with the retractable guard
to uncover the screw fastening the disc (C).
• Press the shaft lock (D) while rotating the disc until the
shaft is engaged.
• Using the included wrench remove the screw that fastens
the disc altogether with the washer (E).
• Remove the cutting disc.
• Apply a drop of lubricant in the inside and outside
washers onto the side where they make contact with the
cutting disc.
• Set the new cutting disc into the shaft assuring the inside
washer is sitting correctly on the disc.
• Reverse the former steps to fasten the disc, return the
inside plate, the retractable guard and the retractable arm
into their original position before using the tool.
• Double-check the guard is operating normally before
starting the tool.
• Turn on the saw for a little while to verify the disc is

correctly assembled.
