WARNING
• Never perform maintenance on the trolley while it is
supporting a load.
• After performing any maintenance on the trolley, test trolley,
as described in the "OPERATION" section, before returning
trolley to service.
Trolley wheel bearings are sealed and require no lubrication. If
trolley wheel rotation is rough or noisy, replace trolley wheel
bearing.

MAINTENANCE
PLAIN TROLLEY ASSEMBLY PARTS DRAWING
Trolley Wheel Removal
1.
Remove retainer ring (4) from side plate stud.
2.
Remove wheel (1) and wheel bearing (3).
Trolley Wheel Assembly
1.
Install new wheel bearing (3) in wheel (1).
2.
Place wheel on side plate stud.
3.
Install retainer ring (4) on side plate stud.
4.
Check wheel for smooth and quiet operation.
5.
Check operation of trolley according to the instructions in the
"INSPECTION" and "OPERATION" sections.
