2.6 - SAWDUST AND CHIP REMOVAL

The machine comes with two round outlet
ports to which the suction system is to be
connected.
The port in the router fence has an outside
diameter of 150 mm.
The port in the lower hood has an outside
diameter of 120 mm.
The suction system with an air outflow rate
of at least 2000 cu.m/h and an air velocity of
20 m/sec is required in order to ensure that
the sawdust and chips are thoroughly
removed.

The amount of dust emitted from the
machine is 2 mg/cu.m. The dust emissions
recorded are far below the max. allowable
limits recommended by the DIN standards.

2.6 - ASPIRACION VIRUTAS (fig. 6)
La máquina dispone de dos bocas circulares
que se deben conectar con el sistema de
aspiración.
Boca guía toupie diám. exterior 150 mm.
Boca funda inferior diám. exterior 120 mm.
El sistema de aspiración debe asegurar un
caudal no inferior que 2000 m3/h con
velocidad del aire de por lo enos 20m/seg.
