MACHINE STRUCTURE
Th e machine is supplied fully assembled. Before starting
the machine, it is recommended to check the blade-
holder disc for the presence of foreign matter which may
have accumulated during transport or storage, and which
can cause the machine to jam during start-up. Aft er
approximately the fi rst 1 hour of operation, ensure that all
of the blade screws and the screw securing the blade-holder
disc are fully tightened.
START-UP
Before inserting the plug into the socket, check that the
mains voltage corresponds to the data on the ID plate. Th e
voltage must be 230 V. Th e supply cable must be protected
with a 16 A slow-blow fuse.
Aft er the plug is inserted, the machine is ready for use and
may be switched on and off using the switch located on the
control panel.
Th e control panel incorporates a circuit breaker which
disables the power supply in the event of overload or
blockage.
If the power supply is disabled due to overload or blockage,
switch the machine off and wait approximately 30 seconds
before switching it back on. Th is can be done by pressing
the switch once more.
