PRINKLER
The sprinkler tube ssemblies re PVC to
prevent corrosion. The sprinkler tubes re
equipped with cle n out plug for cle ning if
sprinkler tubes become plugged. To cle n,
remove sprinkler tubes nd cle n out plugs,
w sh with so p nd w ter. Use pressurized
ir, 30psi m x.(2.1 b r), to blow dirt nd
debris from sprinkler tubes. Check to ensure
sprinkler holes re not plugged.
CRAPER MAINTENANCE/
ADJU TMENT
Scr pers must m ke uniform cont ct cross
entire width of drum to ensure even
pplic tion of w ter from the sprinkler
system. Tension is djusted by sliding
slotted br ckets in or w y from drum
surf ce.
Loosen the 2 bolts th t hold item to
the fr me nd slide w y or tow rds the drum nd retighten.
ECCENTRIC
When vibr tory comp ction is necess ry, eng ge eccentrics by pushing vibe button. Oper tor
m y v ry the frequency nd therefore the centrifug l force by v rying engine RPM.
Eccentrics should be turned off whenever the roller is stopped. Do no run the eccentric on
ny non-yielding surf ce, such s concrete or ged sph lt.

viscosity.
To check the eccentric speed pressure, pl ce
m in tr nsmission pump in the by-p ss
mode. See Hydr ulic Byp ss Section.
Find set screw on m in pump, loosen set
