6 Troubleshooting

In the unlikely event that a problem occurs on the equipment, this troubleshooting guide can be used to identify the probable cause and remedy.
Troubleshooting should only be attempted by competent personnel. All major repair, and calibration work should be
undertaken by a Parker domnick hunter trained, qualified and approved engineer.
Fault
Power Connected but LCD and status
indicators not illuminated.
No / Low gas outlet pressure
High Oxygen concentration.
Low inlet pressure
Excessive noise or vibration
High outlet pressure.
Probable Cause
Fuse Blown
Ribbon cable disconnected
Power disconnected
Service Overdue
Internal gas leak
External gas leak
Low inlet pressure
Defective Oxygen cell.
Leak in system piping.
Compressor or ring main pressure low.
Inlet valve not open
Defect on pre-treatment package.
Silencer loose or defective.
Solenoid valve wear or coil loose.
Outlet regulator defective.

Replace Fuse
Reconnect Ribbon cable
Reconnect Power
Service the generator
Check and Rectify
Check and Rectify
Ensure pressure meets required specification
Replace.
