APPLIANCE STORAGE FOR EXTENDED
PERIODS OF TIME
If the appliance is not used for an extended period of
time:
● Turn off the appliance and unplug the power cord (13)
from the wall outlet.
● After one day after turning the appliance off, empty
the water tank (5).

● Clean the housing of the dehumidifier (2), the air
inlet (7) and outlet (3) grille, and the air filter (10).
● Wind the power cord (13) and secure it to the
appliance using the bracket (14).
● Put the appliance in a plastic bag.
● Keep the dehumidifier in a vertical position, in a dry
and well-ventilated place.
Solution
Do not turn off the appliance – let the
defrosting process continue until the end.
Empty the water tank or install it properly.
Solution
Disconnect the appliance from the power
outlet. Then reconnect it to the power
outlet. If the problem persists, contact
a professional service centre.
