Overview of the steps to be taken and maintenance report

1 Switch OFF the boiler, switch OFF the emergency stop switch
2 Close the gas shut-off valve
3 Close the maintenance shut-off valves and drain the water
4 Remove the casing and the combustion chamber housing
5 Pull off the electrical connections from the fan, sensors
and electrodes
6 Remove the anti-radiation panel/mixing chamber/fan/
burner flange
7 Remove and clean the siphon
8 Remove the burner and clean, if required
9 Remove / clean the heating water heat exchanger
10 Clean the condensate pan
11 Clean the mixing chamber, if required
12 Replace the monitoring electrode
13 Replace seals/gaskets and lubricate the replacements with silicone
14 Assemble the equipment
15 Fill the siphon, install and check for tight fit
16 Fill the boiler to 1.5 - 2.5 bar and vent
17 Open the gas supply valve and start the boiler
18 Water leak test
19 Gas leak test
20 Flue gas leak test
21 Check the ignition
22 Check the equipment interaction with control accessories
23 Flue gas value in emissions test mode
24 Gross flue gas temperature
25 Ventilation air temperature
26 Net flue gas temperature
27 Carbon dioxide content (CO
28 or oxygen content (O
29 Carbon monoxide content (CO)
30 Flue gas loss
