The wrong type of gas may lead to hazardous
situations.

Before start-up of the unit compare the
details concerning the set type of gas on
the identification plate with the type of gas
supply at the installation site.
>
Always note the appliance type and the gas type used
in Table 10.2, with reference to the set gas type in
section 10, Technical data.
>
Put the housing back on the appliance.

CE labelling
CE labelling shows that the appliances comply with the
basic requirements of the following directives:
–
Gas appliances directive (2009/142/EG)
–
Electromagnetic compatibility directive with thresh-
old class B (2004/108/EG)
–
Low voltage directive (2006/95/EG)

Connections

Risk of scalding and damage from escaping
hot or cold water!
Incorrect installation may cause leaks. Plastic
pipes for the hot and/or cold water connec-
tion must be resistant to temperatures up to
95 °C and resistant to pressures up to 1 MPa
(10 bar).
>
In order to prevent leaks, ensure that no
mechanical stresses arise in the pipework.
>
Ensure that there are no stresses in the
hot and cold water connections when
installing them.
Appliance connections:
– Water 3/4"
– Gas 1/2"
>
Determine where the unit is to be installed.
>
Route the gas and water pipes to the connecting
points on the unit.
