6.1.
APM1 - CHM1
Terminals to supply the motor.
6.2.
2CAN - 2CAN
Terminals with N/O contact, relay 12V, 3A. It is turned on by programming and transmitting the second or fourth button of the radiocontrol, for the 2nd
and 4th channel (Default values), and stays on for approximately 3" (Default value) since the last command.
To modify this operation, for example activation with the first channel, use the programmer type 950B to modify the default parameters.
6.3.
+AUX - AUX
Terminals that, when activated, carry a voltage of approximately 17Vdc. Connected to the coil of a relay 12Vd.c. (Maximum power:1W) they can pilot an
optional load. The activation occurs when the automation gate is open and remains active for the preset time. The operation may be modify by setting
the parameters.
NOTE: to connect the electric door lock type ZD04 (maximum power 5W) use the relay type ZC10 (Coil 12V, contact 12A/250V)
6.4.
+12V - -12V
Terminals to supply the accessories (photocells), max. 0.5A.
6.5.
+ENC - –ENC - SIGN
Terminals for connecting the motor encoder. +ENC, positive power supply (brown wire), -ENC, negative power supply (blue wire), SIGN signal (white wire).
6.6.
SPAP
Terminal for a gate open warning light. It is connected between terminal SPAP and terminal COM2. The maximum power that can be used is 3W. With
the automatic gate system closed the warning light is off. When the automatic gate system opens the warning light blinks at a certain frequency. When
the automatic gate system is open the warning light is on steady and when the automatic gate system closes the warning light blinks at a greater fre-
quency than during the opening phase. If the gate stops (tripping of clutch, current control, safety devices, etc.) in any position other than the rest posi-
tion (gate closed) the warning light stays on steady.
6.7.
LAMP
Terminal for flasher. It is connected between terminal LAMP and terminal COM2. The maximum permissible power is 5W. If the gate is moving the flas-
her flashes. If the gate is fully open waiting to close, automatic closing, the flasher stays on with a steady light. If automatic closing is disabled with the
gate open the flasher switches off. If the gate is fully open and the photocells activate the flasher flashes. If the gate is partly open or fully open and the
STOP, ST.PA or FCEL contacts are open the flasher flashes and SPAP is on steady, and the gate accepts no commands. With the gate fully open, on
activating the STOP contact the flasher switches off and the gate stays open.
6.8.
APCH
N/O input: Terminal to activate opening or closing the automatic gate system with the pushbutton or selector connected to terminal COM1. Its operation
depends on the position of Dip 5: Dip 5 ON commands Open/Stop/Close, Dip 5 OFF commands Open/Close.
6.9.
ACAR
N/O input: Terminal to activate full gate opening with the pushbutton or selector connected to terminal COM1, it is activated with the gate closed. On
complete opening the gate stops and stays open waiting for a new command (radiocontrol, pushbutton or selector, etc.).
6.10.
APED
N/O input: Terminal for pedestrian gate opening, connected to terminal COM1 it opens 30% of its normal travel (default value). After opening it stops and
stays open waiting for a new command (radiocontrol, pushbutton or selector, etc.). With automatic closing on, the gate closes after the set pause time.
If while closing its travel is stopped with the photocells the gate reopens in the pedestrian opening position. If on closing, a normal opening command is
given (pushbutton, selector or radiocontrol), the gate opens completely.
6.11.
CHIU
N/O input: Terminal to activate automatic gate system closing with the pushbutton or selector connected to terminal COM1, it is activated with the gate open.
6.12.
STOP
N/C input, connected to terminal COM1. It acts on both opening and closing, when it opens the automatic gate system stops (or stays always closed or
always open) and the automatic closing time is disabled too. When the STOP contact is reset, with a new command, the automatic gate system rever-
ses its motion (it closes if it was opening, it opens if it was closing) and it resets automatic closing for the next command, if set.
6.13.
FCEL
N/C input, connected to terminal COM1. Terminal where the normally closed contact of the photocells is connected. The photocells act solely in the gate
closing phase. If the gate was closing, the activation of the photocells (opening the contact towards COM1) makes the gate open completely. On reset-
ting the FCEL contact, with a closing command, the gate starts closing again. In the phase of the photocells tripping and therefore the reversal of the
gate movement, if the ST.PA contact is also open the gate will stop until the ST.PA contact is reset in order to continue the reversal of the movement and
therefore opening.
6.14.
ST.PA
N/C PARTIAL STOP input: connected to terminal COM1. It behaves as the photocells, but only when opening. If the normally closed contact between
terminals ST.PA and COM1 breaks the automatic gate system stops. When the contact is reset the automatic gate system starts opening again without
disabling automatic closing if this is set. In this situation the flasher flashes if the contact stays open and SPAP stays on with a steady light. If a com-
mand is given the gate closes unless the condominium function is set. In this case only the CLOSE command makes the automatic gate system close.
With the automatic gate system closed, even if the ST.PA contact is open the flasher and SPAP are off. With an opening command the flasher flashes
and SPAP stays on with a steady light.
6.15.
TXRX - -GND
Terminals for PC connection.
6.16.
–GND - +ANT
Terminals for radio receiver connection.
6.17.
BAT + - BAT-
Terminals for battery connection.
6.18.
VAC1 – VAC2
Terminals for connecting the 13÷15Volt low-voltage cables of the transformer.
