Problem
When I hold the device against
my skin, nothing happens. The
device doesn't 'beep' even after
a few seconds.
Possible Cause
You may need to perform a
Skin Tone Test. The LCD display
will show this screen:
The Treatment Head is not in
full contact with the skin.
You are trying to treat a small
area such as between the
eyebrows or near the eyes.
Action
Place the flashing orange light
against the skin of the intended
treatment area.
The device may require another
Skin Tone Test if:
-The device is not used for five
minutes
- You take a break
mid-treatment
- The device is switched off and
then on again
Check that the Treatment Head
is touching your skin. The
device will not flash unless the
Treatment Head is making full
contact with the skin.
For your safety, the device
should NOT be used anywhere
near the eyes, eyebrows or
eyelashes.
