Problem
A flash of light is not emitted
when I press the Flash Button

Possible Cause
The Treatment Head is not in
full contact with the skin.
You have not waited enough
time between flashes.
The Treatment Head needs to
be replaced; the LCD display
will show the 'Bulb Life Empty'
icon and will be flashing on
and off.
Action
Check that the Treatment Head
is touching your skin. The device
will not flash unless the
Treatment Head is making full
contact with the skin.
The device requires
approximately 5 seconds to
recharge between flashes. When
the device is ready to flash
again, the light will become
solid green.
Ensure the Bulb Life Icon is not
empty and flashing.
If it is flashing; turn the device
off and replace the Treatment
Head.
