Electrical connection

It is obligatory that this appliance be earthed.
When connecting the appliance, ensure the earthwire is connected first and that
all wires are connected to the correct terminals.
When connecting the appliance, use a device that ensures that all poles can
be disconnected from the power mains with a disconnection distance of
minimum 3 mm.
■ Suitable devices for this purpose are for example circuit breakers, fuses,
automatic circuit breakers and contactors.
■ The power
H05VV-F or H05VVH2-F.
■ Minimum cross section: 3G2,5 mm² or 4G1,5 mm²
■ If the unit is installed through a power socket, the socket must be freely
accessible after the unit is fully installed.

Caution

The circuit breaker or main switch must only be switched on after the
appliance is fully installed. The appliance must be installed in the kitchen
unit according to the instructions in this installation, operating and
maintenance manual.
Please note that we shall not be liable for direct or consequential damage
caused by incorrect connection or installation of the appliance. Before
carrying out any repairs to the appliance, always disconnect it from the
electric power supply. Never open the appliance. For repairs, contact a
repair workshop authorized by BORA Lüftungstechnik GmbH.
