1 Dismount the protection plate (9) at the bottom of the robot welding power source (8). Keep it for later
dismounting.
2 Introduce cable plug-in connections into the opening in the bottom plate of the robot welding power
source (8).
Personal injuries and material damage
Incorrect plug-in connections of the cables can result in personal injuries and material damage.
• The plug-in connections are marked on the cables.
• Before connecting cables, make sure that the plugs that match are joined.
• Do not use force to join plug-in connections.
3 Place the robot welding power source (8) on the iROB Cool coolant recirculator (7).
4 Establish BUS connection via the plug (1) and socket (2).
5 Establish power supply via the plug-in connection (4) or (5) and (3).
Plug (5) for MV system with 230V, plug (4) for 400 V.
