9 Maintenance and cleaning
9.1 Maintenance intervals
NOTICE
• The maintenance intervals given are standard values and refer to single-shift operation.
Observe the instructions of the guideline EN 60974-4 Inspection and test during the operation of arc
welding equipment as well as the laws and guidelines valid in the respective country.
Check the following:
Daily
Check the coolant level,
top it up if necessary.

Monthly
Clean the finned radiator from dust using
compressed air.
Option: Check the coolant supply and
return hoses for impurities, replace if
necessary.

Every six months

Change the coolant.
Flush the finned radiator against the
direction of supply/return flow.
Flush the tank.
Check the connections for tightness, if
necessary, tighten hose clamps using pliers.
Check coolant hoses for damage.
