Description of the controls and elements
Front panel
[1]
RF INPUT: Input connector to be connected to that signal source being
measured. Bear in mind that this connector is also an output connector for the
LNB supply voltage selected by [7].
CAUTION:
[2]
RF OUTPUT: Signal output to the receiver; further, it is an external supply
input when selecting position EXT through [7].
[3]
RF ATT: Input attenuator; two different attenuations are performed according
to the band selected (TV or SAT).
At TV band input, attenuation is 40 dB when is pushed. When is pulled there
isn't attenuation (0 dB).
At TVSAT the attenuation is 20 dB when is pushed and 0 dB when is pulled.
Bear in mind attenuation value when you read at the correspondent scale.
[4]
20 dB IF ATTEN - DET: This key achieves two different functions, depending
on whether TV or SAT band is used.
In TV mode, it operates as a 20 dB attenuator of the measured signal, like the
RF attenuator. If this key is pressed, attenuation value should be added to the
one displayed by the instrument.
It should be noted that in combining both attenuators, 0 to 60 dB attenuation
values may be obtained, in 20 dB steps.

Input don't accept DC or 50/60 Hz voltage, thus it will be
necessary to use a blocking element.
