1. Emergency stop switch
Used to break the contacts of all the controls simultaneously. Press this control in an
emergency. To reactivate operation, turn the knob 1/4 of a turn anti-clockwise.
2. Digital control panel (Display)
Supplies information concerning the battery charge level, and indicates the number of
hours worked, fi lling of the collection tank and engagement of the brake;
Indicates the battery charge level; the display shows coloured bars followed by the charge
percentage;
Indicates the number of hours worked; the display shows an hour-glass followed by the
working hours;
Indicates that the collection tank is full; the word "level" appears on the display, the suction
motors stop and the squeegee is raised automatically;
Indicates that the brake is engaged; the word "brake" appears on the display.
The digital display therefore supplies 4 items of information, 2 on the right and 2 on the left.
After the ignition key is turned, the word "level" appears on the left of the display, alternating
with the indication of the battery charge conditions; the right-hand display shows the
number of hours worked. The word "brake" does not appear on the right-hand display until
the brake pedal is pressed. During operation, the battery charge condition and working
hour count remain on the display. The "level" message only appears fl ashing on the left-
hand side if the water collection tank is full, in which case the suction motors will stop and
the squeegee will be raised automatically
3. Brush load trimmer knob
Used to adjust the pressure of the brushes against the fl oor.
Turning the knob clockwise increases the total force applied to the ground by 20 kg for each
setting marked with a graduated scale.
4. Brush rotation switch
Switches on the brush rotation motors.
"STOP" motors off. "BRUSH" motors on.
5. Suction motor switch
Switches on the suction motors.
"STOP" motors off. "FAN" motors on
6. Horn
Activates the horn.
7. Master key-switch
Switches on all the electrical controls.
"0" controls off. "1" controls on. "2".
8. Brake pedal
Operates the service and parking brake. The pedal acts directly on the brakes on the rear
wheels.
9. Parking brake engage/release lever
Engages or releases the parking brake when the machine is parked or restarted.

10a - 10b. Forward/reverse selector switch and travel pedal
The selector switch 10a provides forward (A) / reverse (R) of the machine.
The pedal 10b controls the forward and reverse speed.
11. Solution tank lid
Used for pouring in detergent solution
12. Speed switch
Used to set the type of speed to be used during travel or work.
Turn to the "tortoise" symbol to set the machine at a low speed for thorough cleaning.
Turn to the "hare" symbol to set the machine at a high speed for travel between jobs.
Turn to between the "tortoise and hare" symbols to set the machine at a speed (and
cleaning level) between the two extremes.
13. Battery symbol

14. Recovery tank symbol

15. Hour-glass symbol
See display point 2 about information of the hour-glass.
16. Parking brake symbol
See display point 2 about information of the parking brake.
17. Predisposition for Brushing unit indicator light and switch (optional)
The switch operates the brushing unit, the indicator light shows its activation.
18. Predisposition for lights indicator light and switch (optional)
On/off switch for the front and rear lights (sidelights and dipped headlights), the indicator
light shows the activation.
19. Predisposition for High pressure nozzle indicator light and switch (optional)
The switch operates the high pressure nozzle, the indicator light shows its activation.
20. ON/OFF cock lever (20a) and fl ow regulation rod (20b)
They serve to open/close and regulate the water solution on the brushes
21. Steering wheel tilting adjusting lever
The lever adjusts the tilting of the steering wheel. Turn the lever anti-clockwise to unlock
and adjust the steering wheel. Turn the lever clockwise to lock it.
