PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Figure 1 illustrates the 3M™ DBI-SALA™ Roof Top Counterweight Anchor. The Roof Top Counterweight Anchor is a single point
anchorage connector for a personal fall arrest system designed to be installed on a flat surface.
Figure 2 illustrates components of the Roof Top Counterweight Anchor. See Table 1 for Component Specifications. The
Roof Top Counterweight Anchor is comprised of a Main Support Anchor (A) and Attach Point (B) bolted to the Counterweight
Plates (E) and the Rubber Coated Base Weights (F) with L-Bolts (C) and Nuts and Washers (D). The Fall Arrest subsystem
connects to the Attach Point (B) on the Main Support Anchor.

1 Person with a combined weight (clothing, tools, etc.) of no more than 310 lbs (140 kg).
Anchorage:
Fall Arrest: The structure to which the Anchorage Connector is installed on must sustain static loads
applied in the directions permitted by the Fall Arrest System of at least: 3,600 lbs (16 kN).
The Roof Top Counterweight Anchor must not be used in adverse weather conditions. The roof surface
must be free of frost, snow, standing water, grease or oil, or any other type of lubricating or friction
reducing materials.
