Before placing the iron on its heel, wait for the steam flow to
finish. As the steam is very hot in the beginning it will be not
visible. You will hear the steam function engage and after few
bursts it will be visable.
Warning! Never direct the steam jet at persons or animals.
Dry Ironing
To iron without steam, slide the variable steam control lever to
the
position. We recommend dry ironing with an empty tank.
Set the temperature for the type of material to be ironed (•, •• or •••).
Spray Setting
Anti-Drip System (depending on model)
In order to produce steam, all irons require a high temperature. If
the soleplate is not hot enough some of the water will not turn to
steam and can spit or leak from the soleplate.
The Anti-Drip system automatically switches off the steam when
ironing at low temperatures to prevent spitting.

This feature generates a powerful vertical steam
and is ideal for removing creases from hanging clo-
thes (e.g. suits, jackets, shirts), hanging curtains etc.
