Possible reason
The magnetic card has been misread or is faulty.
The sample blank has not stabilised within the time
allowed. Shake the cuvette gently and replace it in the
measurement well; the assay should now continue.
The expiry date for the lot used has passed. The kit
cannot be used.
Please turn the instrument off and on again. If the
problem persists, please contact your local supplier.
Inadequate absorbance after adding the reagent.
It may be that shaking has been too slow, no reagent has
been added or the dispenser is malfunctioning.
There may be excessive amounts of lipids or bilirubinic
compounds in the sample, or the sample volume may be
incorrect. Please run again paying attention to sample
volume and careful mixing before blank measurement.
Time limit for inserting the cuvette has been exceeded.
Please run again and put the cuvette immediately back
into the measurement well when the display asks you to
do so.
Cuvette is inserted too early after the shaking. Please
run again and put the cuvette back into the measurement
well when the display asks you to do so.
The internal clock battery maintaining the correct date is
exhausted. Please contact your local supplier.
Voltage from the batteries or power supply has dropped.
If using batteries, install new batteries.
