FORE INSTALLING

INFO
The Omega shower boxes (
are installed only in corners, on finished and covered walls with
no skirting and/or protrusions.
Assembling and installing the shower enclosure must be carried
out (in strict compliance with the manufacturer's instructions) by
two people, given the considerable weight of the components to
be handled. Be sure to wear protective gloves.
I To assemble the various components in the correct way, the
walls of the installation corner must be straight. Wall compen-
sators let you recover off-square defects by up to 10 mm.

Before starting...
Before proceeding with installation, check that all the relevant
pre-installation operations have been carried out; see the tech-
nical card for this.
If the water supply system is equipped with an instant
water heater, check that this is powerful enough. For gas
models, we recommend that you use models with variable
power in relation to the volume of water drawn off.
Do not use hot water accumulators without pressure.
In areas of very hard water it is necessary to install a s-
cale-remover in the water system, to prevent and/or reduce
the formation of scale.
Installing the shower tray
i

i
I (
2 detail 3-4) After connecting the small tube to the fitting
of the drain pipe, run it through the rectangular opening in the tray
i
(also see
3 detail 1); then set the shower tray on the floor.
i
I (
3 detail 2-3-3a) Cut the indicated gasket to size and then
insert the various pieces in the appropriate locations provided on
the tray (except for the one indicated in detail 3a, which is to
be applied as indicated).
i
I (
4 detail 1) Fasten the ring nut to the drainage column
and test for water tightness.
IMPORTANT: it is advisable to check that there are
no leaks from the drain, as it will no longer be pos-
sible to check when it has been assembled.
For example, place the shower tray on spacers (in
order to check) and pour one or more buckets of
water into the shower tray.
i
I (
4 detail 2-3) Check that the shower tray is flat, if nec-
essary adjust it at the edge
i
I (
4 detail 4) Fasten the shower tray to the floor using suit-
able a substance.
Positioning the compensators
i
I (
5 detail 1) Position the compensators as indicated, es-
pecially:
- the position of compensator "A" is identified by the distance from
the upper edge of the tray.
- compensator "B" is to be placed in contact with the ribs of the
tray, as shown.
i
I (
5 detail 2) After checking for perpendicularity, mark the
fastening points. Then move the compensators, drill holes and in-
sert the plugs.
i
I (
5 detail 3) After removing any residues from drilling,
place silicon between the tray and the panels, as shown.
i
I (
5 detail4) Also place silicon at the points where the sec-
tions of gasket come together in order to ensure a continuous
watertight seal.
Installation of the wall panel
i
I (
6 detail1) Identify the fastening point according to the
dimensions indicated. Then drill the wall and insert the plug.
i
I (
6 detail 2-3) Fasten spacer "S1". Make sure that the s-
lot on the inside is horizontal. Screw on cover "S2".
i
I (
7 detail 1-2) Position the panel on the tray, as shown. Run
the tubes of the steam nozzle through the indicated hole.
i
I (
