• Check that the pressure drop hose (from the control board) not is damaged
and is fitted properly.
• If necessary, adjust the Fume Extractor links.
• If necessary, tighten the arm profile bolts, see the * symbols in Figure 9.
• Check that the mains connection cable and the fan motor cable are not
worn out or damaged.
• Check that the eccentric locks tighten the filter casing properly. Adjust the
eccentric locks if necessary. See Chapter '9 Changing the filter cartridge'.

Ordering spare parts

When ordering spare parts always state the following:
• Part number and control number (see the product identification plate).
• Detail number and name of the spare part (see www.nederman.com).
• Quantity of the parts required.
12 Troubleshooting
If the trouble shooting guide in 'Table 12-1: Trouble shooting guide' does not
solve the problem, contact your nearest authorized distributor or Nederman for
technical advice.

Error
The fan does not start.
Insufficient airflow.
Dust is leaking from the unit.
No lights from the control
panel indicators.
13 Recycling
The product has been designed for component materials to be recycled.
Its different material types must be handled according to relevant local
regulations. Contact the distributor or Nederman if uncertainties arise when
scrapping the product at the end of its service life.
Solution
•
Check the power connection.
•
Check if the motor protector has been activated.
•
Check the filter indicator lamp to see if the filter needs to be
cleaned.
•
Check the extractor arm hose for holes.
•
Check if there is damage or blockage to the inlet/outlet.
•
Check the filter cartridge mounting.
•
Check the filter cover mounting.
•
Check the power supply to FilterCart W3.
•
Check the fuses.
