Correct use

The DT-Mobil Easy 980 l generator tank is an ap-
proved IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) in accor-
dance with ADR for hazardous goods in packaging
group II + III (liquid, water-polluting substances).
The generator tank is intended for use at a variety
of outdoor locations.
It may only be filled or transported having under-
gone a valid inspection/check. Repeat inspection
2½ years after the date of manufacture according
to ADR 6.5.4.4.1 b) and 6.5.4.4.2.
Operating temperature range: - 10°C to + 40°C

Important!
Only clean media may be delivered.
Correct use (preferably) concerns the following
liquids:
• diesel fuel
• heating oil
• biodiesel
1.2.1 DT-Mobil Easy (980 l version) with
ADR approval
In accordance with the ADR, the following are
required for the simplified transport of dangerous
goods (< 1000 points):
• labelling (sticker) of the filling station
• requirement to equip with a fire extinguisher
(2 kg)
• carriage of supporting document (in this case,
carriage paper – observe national exemption
regulations) (no carriage paper in Germany –
exemption 18 S)
• compliance with the so-called "1000-points rule"
in accordance with table 1.1.3.6 ADR, i.e. total
quantity per transport unit < 1000 points
» 1 l of diesel fuel = 1 point
• repeat inspection by an expert required 2½ ye-
ars after the date of manufacture. ADR approval
expires after five years.

DT-Mobil Easy to ADR 1.1.3.1 c)

Identifiable on type plate without D/BAM appro-
val number.
In accordance with ADR 1.1.3.1 c) (called the
"craftsman regulation" in Germany), hazardous
goods may also be transported using containers
without ADR approval.
The following applies for containers without ADR
approval:
• transport only for direct use with self-filling (i.e.
approaching only one filling point and filling not
done by a third party)
• unloading the container from the vehicle at the
filling location is not permitted
• no tagging (stickers) required
• no requirement to equip with a fire extinguisher
• no supporting documents required
• permitted container content: 450 l max.; the
so-called
• "1000-points rule" also applies (See section
1.2.1)
• no repeat testing required
• no reduction in service life.

Summary

The equipment is not intended for any other
purpose!
For safety reasons, the filling station must not be
modified (except for the addition of accessories
specifically provided by the manufacturer) – see
section 6. Correct use also includes compliance
with all information in these operating instructions.
