How to read with your C-Pen 10:
1. Place the cursor at the position where the read text is to be inserted.

Remember that the window has to be active.
2. Place C-Pen 10 over the first character you want to read.
3. Move C-Pen over the line of text. You can move C-Pen either left-to-
right or right-to-left over the text. C-Pen starts to read automatically
when the automatic trigger is pressed onto the surface and will con-
tinue to read even if you happen to lift the pen slightly or if the surface
is uneven.
4. Lift C-Pen at the end of the line. C-Pen stops reading when it is lifted
from the text.
5. Continue in the same way on the next line.
Mouse
C-Pen 10 comes with an Active Mousepad. When C-Pen is moved over
the mousepad's Active Area it functions like a mouse. Since the mousepad
has a pattern which informs the pen about its position, the pen must
have contact with the mousepad and may not be lifted.
In Mouse mode the C-Pen 10 function button functions as the left mouse
button. You can swap between your normal mouse and your pen's mouse
function whenever you like.
Active Buttons
At the top of C-Pen 10's Active Mousepad there are ten Active Buttons.
Some of these buttons are predefined for a certain function, which is
reflected by the names of the buttons. You can assign functions to the
remaining buttons. To activate a function, use C-Pen to click on a button
by touching its Active Area.
